The Gayle Family Reunion of 2012 has finally been set. It will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2012 from 2 PM to 6 PM at the Crowne Plaza Williamsburg. Address 6945 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg 23185, Telephone 757-220-2250. The cost of the event is $40.00 per person. Kids 3 and under are free. T-shirts are $15.00 each. An initial deposit of $10.00 per person is due by March 20th, second payment of $20.00 is due by May 28th and final payment of $10.00 is due June 25th. You may elect to send a complete payment by May 28th. These funds will cover the use of the facility, food, service and a gift for the honoree.
T-shirts for the event are being purchased separately at a cost of $15.00 per person. In order to keep the cost down we need close to 100 percent participation as we can possibly get! We are looking into the cost of caps, further info will be available in our next correspondence. Tuesday July 31st is the deadline for ordering t-shirts. Orders must be paid for in advance and will be given out at registration the day of the event.
This event is to get to know our family and honor our aunt Julia Gayle Grimes, the last surviving child of Peter and Hallie Gayle.
